OUR SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS ARE FUN BUT EFFECTIVE.  YOU WILL TRAIN IN A GROUP CONSISTING OF A MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE, ALLOWING FOR A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE GROUP SETTING.


SESSIONS LAST JUST 45 MINUTES FROM WARM UP TO COOL DOWN. IDEAL FOR A BUSY LIFESTYLE, OUR SESSIONS SHOULD BE EASY TO SQUEEZE INTO EVEN THE BUSIEST OF SCHEDULES.


WHILE TRAINING IN A GROUP IS FUN, OUR TEAM OF HIGHLY EXPERIENCED COACHES ARE ON HAND TO MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ATTENTION YOU NEED TO HIT YOUR GOALS.
