Just a quick reminder about our opening day on the 28th of August in aid of Carrick River Rescue! There will be a 5km run/walk, hang tough challenges, jumping challenges and more. Food, fun, and a friendly atmosphere guaranteed! Prizes include a 3 month membership, so be sure to pop down and check out the events on the day!
Race sign up will be available on the day, but if you are a member you can sign up already. Check the posters in the gym for more details!
