Small Group Training- This is a strength based class with a small conditioning block to finish. Building up through movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench press to strengthen movements that we use in everyday life like squatting down to pick things up off the floor.
Conditioning classes – a much higher intensity workout that will leave you sweating! Great if you are looking to lose weigh. These classes will use a variety of conditioning workouts to build your fitness.
50/50 classes – These ones are a mix of the two classes for those who want to get stronger but also enjoy the conditioning side of things.
